As a timeshare owner, you can post your week for rent or sale on this website. You would start by finding your resort on this site with the links below. We have over 4,000 resorts resorts represented on this website.
The only charge we have is $19.95 to post a fixed week rental ad, $24.95 to post a float week rental ad, and $34.95 to post a sale ad. Nothing else. For rent ads that are for a fixed week last until the week is up. Float week ads will run for six months. For sale ads last for six months. We are timeshare owners too. We do not want you to pay hundreds of dollars up front to a company that promises to sell your timeshare or pay up to 40% commission to a company to rent your week. Our site is for timeshare owners to post one week for sale for $34.95. We have no other charges.
If you have multiple weeks to sell, you must post a separate ad for each week and pay $34.95 for each ad.
